The use of greens in traditional medicine

Against gastritis

The described method is lengthy, but effective:

Take the finished product three times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is three months... Every month - 12 days of taking a decoction, and then a break.

With this disease, sorrel is prepared in the same way as in the previous case. However, after the broth has been drained, the sorrel is brewed again for 3-5 hours. With gout

For diarrhea

  • Grind the roots of horse sorrel to a powder. Take 25 g with water, three times a day. Consume until diarrhea subsides. But no more than 5 days.
  • 10 grams of crushed roots are poured into 100 ml of vodka and placed in a cool dark place for two weeks. After this time, the liquid is filtered and stored in a cool place. Dosage - 46-60 drops to dissolve in a glass of water. It is taken three times a day for seven days. You can extend the course, if necessary, for several days.

Face masks

  • From wrinkles... Required ingredients: 5 sorrel leaves, 10 gr. cottage cheese and 10 ml of burdock oil. Grind the sheet plates and strain through cheesecloth. Mix the juice and other components and dilute with green tea until a gruel is formed. Spread the mask over the face after steaming it. Soak on the skin for half an hour. Carry out the procedure twice a week.
  • For acne... 50 ml sorrel juice, 15 gr. green clay and 5 ml. aloe juice. Mix all ingredients and apply to steamed face. Leave to dry completely (it will take about a quarter of an hour).
  • For dry skin... Take 5 ml of sorrel juice, 15 gr. sour cream (medium fat) and 10 gr. cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients. Pre-clean the face with a scrub, and then apply the mask for half an hour.
  • For oily skin... You will need 5 sorrel leaves, one tomato and 10 grams. buckwheat flour. Grind the tomato and sorrel in a blender. Mix with flour and apply on face in a thick layer, avoiding eyelids and nasolabial triangle. Leave on for a third of an hour, then rinse your face well.
  • For normal skin... Ingredients: 15 ml of boiled sorrel broth, chicken yolk, medium-sized potatoes. Crush potatoes in mashed potatoes, add yolk and broth to it. Apply to skin and leave for half an hour. Remove the remnants of the mask with a damp cotton pad.
