Autumn is harvest time. But just harvesting is not enough, you still need to be able to correctly preserve it, because under improper storage conditions, carrots will quickly lose their excellent qualities - color and aroma, become dry and tasteless.

- Take clean granulated sugar bags with a capacity of 5 to 30 kg.
- Fill them about 2/3 full with clean, dried carrots.
