  • Chicken broth - 2 l.

  • Salt, pepper - to taste.
  • Cream 10% - 250 ml.
  • Fresh greens - a bunch.


  1. Cut the celery root into cubes and send to cook in a saucepan with chicken broth.
  2. Chop the onions and carrots, sauté and add to the soup.
  3. Cut the cabbage inflorescences and add to the broth to the rest of the vegetables.
  4. Cut the ham into small cubes and put it in the soup when the vegetables are ready.
  5. At the end of cooking, pour in the cream, salt, pepper and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Creamy soup is ready!

White sauce

  • cauliflower - 1 head of cabbage;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • celery stalk - 1 pc;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • onions - ½ pcs;
  • meat or vegetable broth - 2 l;
  • flour - 6 tbsp. l;
  • milk - 2 tbsp;
  • cream 10% - ½ cup;
  • spices to taste;
  • fresh parsley - 1 bunch.


  1. In a saucepan in butter, simmer all the vegetables.
  2. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil and leave to simmer over low heat.
  3. Combine the remaining butter with milk and flour in a frying pan, stirring actively so that there are no lumps left.
  4. Add the cream and pour the white sauce into the soup, leave it on the stove for another 10-15 minutes, salt, pepper and sprinkle with parsley before serving. Cream soup with cream is ready!

Variation of mashed potatoes

Basic way

  • cauliflower - 1 kg;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp l;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l;
  • potatoes - 200 g;
  • chicken or vegetable broth - 1 - 1.5 liters;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • milk - 200 g;
  • cheese - 100 g.


  1. Finely chop the cabbage inflorescences, potatoes, onions and garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Fry a mixture of onions, garlic and potatoes until the onions are soft.
  4. Add cabbage to the mixture, pour in broth and cook potatoes and cabbage until soft.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat, pour in the milk, add the grated cheese and puree the mixture with a blender. Creamy cream soup is ready!

  • curry - 1.5 tsp;
  • chicken or vegetable broth - 1 l;
  • spices to taste.


  1. Sprinkle cabbage with vegetable oil, salt and send to an oven preheated to 180C for 25 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, fry the onions until soft, add curry, cauliflower and broth.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for another 5-10 minutes over low heat.
  4. Purée the resulting mixture.
