Pickled peppers with carrots
- 3 kilograms of bell pepper;
- 0.5 kilograms of onions;
- 0.3 kilograms of carrots;
- 50 grams of salt;
- one glass of vegetable oil;
- 10 cloves of garlic;
- some dry dill.
