The Black Bunch Tomatoes are a first generation F1 hybrid. Breeders crossed the "domesticated" small-fruited tomato with wild-growing dark-colored cousins from Chile. Suitable for growing in greenhouse conditions and open ground with insulation in case of cold weather.
As you know, the seeds of hybrids cannot be used for growing plants for the next year. The variety is indeterminate, not a standard bush type. The height of the plant is not higher than 150 cm. The stem is thick, strong, highly curly, well leafy, has several brushes (simple) with many fruits.

The root system is well developed in all directions without deepening. The leaves are not typical for tomatoes diamond-shaped, dark green, wrinkled structure without pubescence. The inflorescence is simple, intermediate, it is laid above the 7th leaf, then through one leaf. From one inflorescence, clusters of more than 10 fruits are obtained.
According to the degree of ripening, the Black Bunch is an early ripening variety, the vegetative period lasts about 80 days (from emergence to ripening of fruits). Well resistant to all known diseases.
Despite the small size of the fruits, there is an excellent yield due to the amount - about 6 kg per plant. Yields are also good when grown outdoors.

Growing features
Grown throughout the territory of the Russian Federation and in neighboring countries. Seeds are disinfected in a solution of potassium permanganate before planting on seedlings, sown in March to a depth of about 2 cm in rows, with a distance of 2 cm between them. The temperature during germination should be at least 25 degrees. It is good to use mini greenhouses as a planting site. And to enhance germination, use growth stimulants.
A pick is carried out when 3 well-developed sheets appear. The pick is carried out in a container of about 300 ml. Feeding of seedlings with mineral fertilizers is possible. 2 weeks before planting, the seedlings must be tempered - open the vents for several hours.
At the age of about 50 days, when the frosts have passed, the seedlings are planted in a permanent place. It is necessary to form a bush into one stem, pinching - every 10 days. Top dressing according to the schedule. Tying to individual supports will most likely be required.
To control weeds and maintain the microclimate, use mulching the row spacings. Remember the importance of proper watering.
With regard to fertilizers, you can use for this purpose a lot of tools available "at hand". Read more about how to feed tomatoes:
