Question: to prune the laurel
Good morning, I would like to know if I can prune the laurel cherry hedge at this time, not having been able to do it before, I would not do it in March so as not to disturb the birds that nest inside it, so if the cutting in January-February would dry up? Thank you, see you soon.

Answer: prune laurel
Dear Alida,
the lauroceraso is always used to compose hedges because it is a really rustic plant, which is not affected by pruning. There are those who prune it even four times a year, without the plant weakening. The best times to prune are November-December, or January-February. If the cold is very intense, wait a few weeks, otherwise proceed without worry.
It seems very good to me
It just doesn't happen
I think I make mistakes. I propose to discuss it. Write to me in PM.
