Growing features

General cultivation tests were carried out in the Novosibirsk region and were successful. It has been proven that the "Pearl of Siberia" can be grown in any region of the Russian Federation, Ukraine. Disinfected and treated with a growth stimulant seeds are planted on seedlings in early March. Some experienced gardeners advise germinating seeds in moist material and planting seeds with sprouts in the ground.

Land for planting should also be disinfected and warmed up to room temperature. For convenience, special soil for tomatoes and peppers is sold in kiosks for gardeners. Seeds are planted at a distance of 1-2 cm with a deepening of 1 cm. After planting, cover with a film, thereby forming a certain humidity. When sprouts appear, the film is removed.

With its growth, the Pearl of Siberia is a rather compact plant. A pick is carried out when 2 leaves are formed. Watering is done with caution - water must not be allowed to get on the leaves. Feeding with mineral fertilizers is possible. At the age of 50 days with a growth of about 20 cm, the seedlings are ready for transplantation to a permanent place. To minimize damage to plants, the seedlings are hardened 2 weeks before planting in the greenhouse. The soil in the greenhouse should be dug up with last year's humus, treated with an antimicrobial agent.

Tomatoes are planted in holes formed in a row, the distance between them is 50 cm.The distance between the rows is about 70 cm. After transplanting, water at the root and close the greenhouse for 10 days. Then they carry out top dressing, watering, weeding, loosening according to the schedule. Mulching will also not be superfluous.

It requires picking up, the plant is formed into 1 stem, the stepsons are removed once every 1, 5 weeks. A garter is necessary - the plants are tall and fruitful. Tied to the trellis with synthetic materials. Harvest in July.
