  6. Then you need to strain the syrup with a sieve and drain it into a saucepan.
  7. Pour 300 g sugar, lemon juice into the syrup and bring to a boil.
  8. Now you can add zucchini to the syrup and boil them until transparent.
  9. Leave the zucchini in the syrup for a while to soak well.
  10. Remove the zucchini again, strain the syrup through a sieve again and proceed directly to the drying.
  11. Place the courgettes on a baking sheet or on a wire rack for an electric dryer and leave to dry for 5 hours at 60 ° C.
  12. Watch the courgettes and turn them over to dry evenly. The treat is ready!

The second way is drying without syrup is much easier and faster.

You will need:

  • a kilogram of zucchini;
  • 300g sugar;
  • sachet of citric acid 5 g;
  • bag of vanillin 5 g.

How to do:

  1. Peel the zucchini and seeds and cut into pieces.
